Wrap: Democratic Representative Jeremy LaFaver compared the bill that would help dairy farmers to Medicaid or Medicare.

Along with calling the bill "moo-dicaid" LaFaver also called the dairy bill "cow care" and said that if this bill can be passed, then the same should be done with Medicaid.
