Run Time:  00:11
Description: "I want to thank the representative for taking a much more reasoned and measured approach than the people at the other end of the building, who kept me up far too late a few nights ago."

The chairwoman of the House economic development committee says she wants to move fast on the issue. St. Charles Republican Ann Zerr says she wants her tax bill on the floor within two weeks.

Wrap: The Senate has given its approval to a bill that would reduce several tax cuts and put more than $40 million per year back in the state's budget.

But members of the state House say they want a more modest plan for tax credit reform. St. Charles Republican Anne Zerr says she wants to trim the tax cuts--not slash them.

Run Time:  00:11
Description: "I want to send something over to the Senate that makes sense, that shows a good faith effort to cut and cap and sunset where it's appropriate. But I don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water."

Zerr says she wants to move fast on the tax credit issue. She says she want to send a bill to the House floor sometime in the next two weeks.
