Wrap: Missouri House representatives passed a provision to seek control of the Rotunda during the same day Republican House Speaker Steve Tilley officially inducted Dred Scott into the Hall of Famous Missourians.

However, Tilley has yet to formally induct Rush Limbaugh, which he announced earlier in the legislative session.

Controversy over Limbaugh's proposed induction prompted the provision that would grant lawmakers control of the Rotunda.

The Hall of Famous Missourians induction decisions are made solely by the the House Speaker.

The amendment was given fist round of approval.
