Limbaugh recently gained national attention after calling a law student a 'slut' for speaking in favor of the birth control mandate.

Roze Pirvany, student from MU, says no one from Missouri should want to honor Rush Limbaugh.

House Speaker Steven Tilley says Limbaugh deserves to be honored as a successful person with fame. Tilley says he will not change his decision.

The protesters say they will not stop until the decision is reversed.

They say Rush Limbaugh’s recent comments calling a law student a prostitute disseminated racist, sexist, and offensive ideals.

Columbia Democratic Representative Mary Still says she support those protesters.

Tilley is still going through with his plan. He says Limbaugh is a successful and famous man to honor, despite his comments.

The protesters say they will keep trying to stop the decision.

Missouri student Lindsey Wehking says Limbaugh does not have a huge impact on society and was insulting and offending the citizens of this county.

Tilley is still going through with his plan. He says he respect these protester's opinions and hope they respect his.
