Wrap: What was originally known as the China hub bill, then the Aerotropolis bill, is now the Missouri Export Act.

Republican Representative John Diehl says he still has the same doubts about the new legislation.

Description: "I think the whole bill has serious issues and is in serious jeopardy. I'm not optimistic."

Diehl's skepticism is notable because he has been a main player in pushing for the China hub.

The new version of the bill still includes tax incentives for a China cargo hub at St. Louis' Lambert International Airport.

Even though Diehl says he lacks confidence in passing a bill during special session, the House plans to send the bill to the Senate before Friday.

Wrap: What was once called the China hub bill has now become the Missouri Export Act.

But Republican Representative John Diehl says he has the same doubts on the Missouri Export Act as he did when it was the China hub bill, saying the whole bill is in "serious jeopardy."

No legislation has come out of the special session regarding tax incentives for a China cargo hub at St. Louis' Lambert International Airport.

Despite his doubts regarding the bill, Diehl says the House will work to send the bill to the Senate before Friday.
