The House continues to fight to keep the China-hub bill alive today.

House representatives voted to take the China-hub bill to conference in an effort to keep Missouri economic development alive.

Wrap: On the House floor Thursday Represenatives said the Senate is the road block to China-hub legislation success.

Democratic Representative Chris Kelly said Senators are not fulfilling their legislative duties of coming to conference.

Description: "The only people who are unwilling to come to the table are the people in the senate. Mr. Speaker, it is an abdication of their obligations under oath of office. It is not good and we should not encourage it by backing down."

Several Representatives say they will continue to pursue the China-hub legislation though Senate Leaders say they have no intention of bringing members back to special session to debate the issue.
