With time winding down, Bill Sponsor Republican Representative Kenny Jones said the delayed vote gives the concealed carry law a very small chance of passing.
If passed, the bill would allow college students to carry concealed weapons as well as lift limitations publicly, Jones said.

Bill Sponsor Republican Representative Kenny Jones said he doesn't think the Senate will have time to sign it, but said the bill brings up important issues.

Jones said the bill is a defense bill, not an aggression bill.
