Description: Reduce the maximum cap for various tax credits for developers and businesses. The HCS contains a number of tax breaks for businesses including data centers, land assemblage for St. Louis developer Paul McKee's purchase of north St. Louis City land, China Hub for international freight forwarders. The HCS also has restrictions on some tax credits including low income housing and historic tax credits. The CCS was adopted by the House but a filibuster blocked a Senate vote on May 17, the legislature's last day.
