Description: The original bill requires all counties to publish an annual financial statement in a newspaper. The CCS also makes it a crime for unauthorized sleeping or camping on some state property and prohibits local government from enforcing a municipal ban on sleeping or camping on sidewalks. The CCS also requires marital status in property deeds and banning local government from requiring COVID-19 vaccines by their employees and contains a variety variety of other unrelated issues.
