Wrap: Missouri business and labor leaders are optimistic a bill granting tax breaks for an international trade hub at Lambert International Airport will pass through the General Assembly.

However, Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry CEO Dan Mehan says he's worried one GOP senator could kill the bill.

Actuality:  MEHAN2.WAV
Run Time:  00:13
Description: "Can one senator stop this? Certainly, but hopefully if it comes down to that and that there's a senator left that the other 33 will make him or her stand for an awful long time and they'll realize it won't work."

Legislators will meet for a special session on September 6th.
