Wrap: Barnhart House Democratic Whip Jeff Roorda said he was fed up after a week of what he called phoney baloney amendments.

St. Louis County Republican Tim Jones charged at Roorda screaming that he was a liar after Roorda openly accused House Republicans of rewriting history and questioning his commitment to the legislature.

Actuality:  PRESSER2.WAV
Run Time:  00:12
Description: "What we're saying, I mean there's a process here, I told him to go back to his mike. When he started screaming and advancing towards me, that's what he should have done. You know, I'm sorry I lost my cool, he apologized for his aggression."

Jones said he apologized for disrupting the decorum of the chamber but would not apologize for defending his caucus.
