Wrap: Missouri's budget director Linda Luebbering says Obama's compromise to bring back the estate tax could make Missouri wealthier.

On average, the state made 160 million dollars off the tax before the Bush-era tax cuts in the early 2000s.

But Luebbering says even if the estate tax comes back there's no guarantee Missouri will rake in the same amount of money.

Description: "It's one of those taxes that's very specific to the individual case so figuring exactly which of those would have what level of impact is impossible."

If the estate tax does come back, Luebbering says she doesn't know if the revenues would be shared with states.
