The crowd is erupting with cheers as Cogressman Kenny Hulshof made his concession speech just moments ago. 

Russ Carnahan,  US Representative for the third district congratulated Nixon on his success thus far.

Carnahan said it is great to see Missouri as a "Blue State" again.
