Missouri Democrats only gained three seats in the House in last night's election, making it a total of 74 Democrats to 89 Republicans.

Despite not taking the House, Democrat Representative Rachel Storch says Democrats are very pleased with last night's results.

Actuality:  STORCH2.WAV
Run Time: 00:14
Description: You know we, in terms of  House races, were playing in Republican territory and even with that circumstance we were able to win back a number of seats that had been held by Republicans for many years now. So we actually feel pretty good about the results from yesterday.

Storch says Democrats are on a faster track of taking over the House than that of the Missouri Republicans, who took 25 years to do so.
