The House Criminal Committee Hears Testimony on Bill Allowing Deathrow Inmates to Donate Organs to Avoid Death Penalty

The House Criminal Committee will look at a bill getting national and international media attention because it allows deathrow inmates to escape the death penalty by donating organs.

After giving interviews to news organizations all over the world, Chuck Graham will present his so-called Life for Life measure to the Missouri House Criminal Committee.

This late into the legislative session, the chances the bill will pass appear slim.

Chuck Graham, the bill sponsor, is a democrat from Columbia.
