State lawmakers are calling the plan "Operation Payback".
The program would reimburse community crime tip organizations up to 250-dollars for each reward paid to callers whose information lead to a methanphetamine seizure.
House Sponsor Craig Hosmer says he doesn't think it's necessary to reward callers.
The bill would only reimburse crime tip organizations for up to five-thousand dollars.
