Proposed property tax cuts should hit renters and owners

With more tax cuts on the way, some are wondering if everyone will get the breaks.

Missouri's Governor, and the top House and Senate leaders have all come out in support of a 100 million dollar tax cut proposal.

One way they're looking to deliver this excess revenue back to taxpayers is through tax credits on residential property.

Property renters wouldn't see a direct credit but the president of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, Darrell Hindman (HIND-man), says not to worry.
