Proponents of a measure to increase the minimum wage have lost a court battle.

But, as David Freitas reports, they are claiming victory.

The Campaign to Reward Work sued the state to change ballot language they claimed would turn people against a wage increase.

But circuit court Judge Byron Kinder has ruled the current language is fair.

Kinder took out just one line from the ballot.

It read that revenue loss due to job loss would be significant.

The Campaign to Reward Work director Craig Robbins, a minimum wage advocate, supports Kinder's decision.
