Contents: Senator Sims says two 10-year old girls who were raped and murdered in her district is what got the bill started.

Under this bill, both pedophiles and rapists would be required to attend The Missouri's Sexual Offenders Program.

According to Senator Sims, sexual offenders who attend this program have a recidivism rate of less than 3 %.

The bill now goes to Governor Carnahan's office.
