Wrap: Under a voter approved bill, cost-of-living determines the the minimum wage in Missouri. The bill would limit Missouri minimum wage to the federal minimum wage, which is currently at 7.25 an hour. Seventy-six percent of Missourians voted to raise the minimum wage in 2006. If the bill passes, it will repeal that proposition. St. Louis County Representative Penny Hubbard says that it takes the decision away from Missouri voters.
