The committe vice-chair Senator John Loudon says Gov. Holden's executive order to make the non-union member state workers still pay for the professional union services is completely outragious.
Sen. John Loudon, R-St. Louis County, raised concerns that contraceptives should not be covered under insurance policies because of the $10 million the state already spends annually toward contraceptives and the amount of private money that is given to provide free contraceptives.
"My sense is a toll roads is a very practical way to build a road," said Sen. John Loudon, R-St. Louis County, a sponsor of two Senate toll road measures. "It's a very democratic plan."

JEFFERSON CITY - Senator John Loudon of St. Louis County is pushing an idea to bring toll roads to cities and towns around St. Louis. He says that by allowing them, cities and towns would have the chance to build new roads regardless of if the area is in the state's road plans.
