HB 1542 Sponsor:Veit, Rudy Status: H Judiciary Description: Give the Workers' Compensation Division power to give priority to claims under the Second Injury Fund prior to 2014. The Second Injury Fund covers workers under Workers Compensation who are reinjured. Workers Comp. covers health care costs for workers injured on the job.
