The House version has a number of unrelated provisions on insurance notices by hospitals, hospice care, expanded prescription rights of advance practice nurses, medical imaging, and more.

SB 392 Sponsor:Wieland, Paul Status: GOVERNOR SIGNED Description: Change the law that provides an insurance agent license requirement exemption for fraternal benefit society agents to those who spend less than 50 percent of his/her time selling insurance contracts for the society. Current law exempts any representative who sells insurance for the society for no compensation.
