* SB 50 Sponsor:Kehoe, Mike Status: S Veterans Description: Provide a partial exemption for a nuclear power plant to the voter-approved provision prohibiting charging customers for construction work in progress (CWIP) until the plant becomes operational. The bill would be limited to the costs for seeking an early permit from the federal government. The rate increase would be allowed only after an early site permit is granted.
