SB 1080 Sponsor:Schaefer, Kurt Status: S Ways & Means Description: Extend the 2016 sunset for the medical facility reimbursement allowance tax to September 2019. It's a tax the state imposes on health facilities to use to match with federal Medicaid funds. The state tax money then is returned to health facilities.
