SB 223 Sponsor:Curls, Kiki Status: S Seniors & Families Description: Several chances in the Kansas City school retirement system. Raise the minimum retirement age to 62 years of age or 80 years of age and service. Base contribution rates on the fund's financial needs.

CCS SB 224 Sponsor:Curls, Kiki Status: GOVERNOR VETOED Description: Raise the maximum salary for the Kansas City police. Allow court review of Kansas City Police Commission disciplinary actions of of suspension or reduction in rank. Current law prohibits court review. The final version covers St. Louis police retirement, making it a crime to present a false ID on a gambling boat and criminal non-support. The governor's veto message claime the bill would reduced the penalty for a false ID.

CCS SB 262 Sponsor:Curls, Kiki Status: GOVERNOR SIGNED Description: Require health insurance cover telemedicine coverage if the service would have been provided if it was delivered in person.
