Description:
Prohibit legislators, their staff and families from accepting any expenditure from a lobbyist. Also alter legislative term limits from no more than eight years in any one chamber to a total limit of 16 years in the General Assembly. SA 4 would impose a four-year term limit for legislative leaders. Not brought up in the House until the last hour of the session when there was not enough time left to consider a variety of amendments that were offered. Laid aside.
