* SCS SB 331 Sponsor:Libla, Doug Status: S Perfection Description: Exempt from the public records law any recording captured by a camera worn by a police officer. Prohibit the state from requiring police to wear cameras. The SCS requires the governor to assign counselors, social workers and psychologists in an area of unrest when requested by a county health department. Ferguson related.
