Establish a system for transfering credit among the state's public universities. Require the Higher Education Department to establish a list of at least 25 courses. The HCS prohibits the University of Missouri from operating the Sue Shear Institute for Women in Public Life (not in the CCS). It also contains various tax credits for business and sports contests.
