Description:
Declare invalid any federal law or rule that infringes on Second Amendment constitutional rights for firearms. Make it a crime for a federal employee to enforce infringement of those rights. Let school districts designate teachers with special training to carry concealed weapons on school grounds. Require a federal agent notify the local sheriff before a federal warrant can be served. This bill is similar to HB 436 that the governor vetoed in 2013. Put aside for HB 1439 as the vehicle.
