If parties are dis-joined, dismiss a party's lawsuit if there is no Missouri county in which venue exists. Allow joining into a single Missouri case two or more plantiffs injured by the same occurence outside Missouri.

The bill just adds the word "buffalo" for "bison." The bill's sponsor said the term buffalo actually means just water buffalo. The SS prohibits local government from regulating fertilizer or seeds.

The bill effectively would kill a St. Louis city ordinance to restrict horse carriages in the city.
