* HCS HB 1308 Sponsor:Thomson, Mike Status: S Education Description: Expand the Bright Flight scholarsahip program to include forgivable loans with payments foregivable each year the student completes course work for a year and the student has agreed to work in Missouri for a period of time. The House version provides a forgiveness of a portion of a Bright Flight college loan for each year a student works in Missouri after graduation for up to ten years.
