HCS HB 895 Sponsor:Hill, Justin Status: H Rules - Legislative Oversight Description: Repeal provisions that the state Liquor Control division must inspect the production of beer. Instead, simply require that the producer have a certificate of approval from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms that verifies the alcohol content.
Current law requires Liquor Control to verify that the beer was made from pure hops, barley, yeast and water (but not the alcohol content).

HB 1023 Sponsor:Hill, Justin Status: H Insurance Policy Description: Require establishment of a statewide monitoring program of prescribed controlled drugs. Require the Healing Arts licensing board to investigate any provider who provides an average of more than three controlled substance prescriptions per year per patient.
