Currently deadly force can be used against a person who committed or attempted a felony crime. HB 394 Sponsor:Adams, Joe Status: H 2nd Read Description: Prohibit felony prosecution of a prostitute under the control of a pimp. Allow expungement of prior convictions. Technically, the bill prohibits felony prostitution prsoecution offense if the offender was under the control of "a person who solicits customers for a prostitute."
