    Description: The original bill was to expand the law requiring a real estate broker license to include limited partnerships and limited liability companies. The HCS became an omnibus judiciary bill with a number of completely unrelated issues - HB 1209, HB 1405, HB1499, HB1535, HB 1811. HA 2 expands the "Castle Doctrine" right to use force or kill for intrusion into one's home to include unlawful entry on one's property. The SCS contains stronger enforcement of child support that is part of the governor's package to reduce state spending.
