SS HB 616 Sponsor:Dohrman, Dean Status: GOVERNOR SIGNED Description: Exempt from property tax payments for the first year of a newly establish political subdivision if the subdivision was established by the voters on or after July 1, in which case, taxes would be owed beginning the next year. If the subdivision was established before July 1, taxes would be due in the year in which voters approved the creation.
