Description:
Create a crime of coercing an abortion. Impose requirements on informing a woman of alternatives and pictures of fetal development prior to an abortion. SS removes the abortion coercion provsions. The House asks for a conference committee on the bill. The Senate refuses, leading to a toss back and forth between the two chambers of each chamber's version of the bill.
