HB 118 Sponsor:Hosmer, Craig Status: GOVERNOR SIGNED Description: Limit how much of a city's budget can be financed by traffic fines to 45 percent. Excess revenues are distributed to local schools in the city's county. The original bill lowers the minmum population of a town that can suspend a driving license for not paying a traffic fine. Now, big towns only can suspend license if fine not paid.
