HB 399 Sponsor:McDaniel, Andrew Status: H 2nd Read Description: Allow a nursing home patient or patient surrogate have a device installed that monitors and records the patient's conditition. The same as HB 398, but would be submitted to Missouri voters rather than subject to approval by the governor if the bill were passed by the legislature.
