A bill regarding monitoring devices has some unanswered questions for one director of a Missouri coalition against violence.

Intro: 
The director of the leading coalition against domestic and sexual violence wants one Senate committee to amend a bill that would allow judges to require someone who is under a restraining order to wear a monitoring device.

Wrap:Colleen Coble, the director of the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, told the Senate Judiciary Committee she would like the bill to address who would be monitoring the wearer of the device and if it will be in real time.

Coble would also like there to be clarification as to who is supposed to let the victim know that a monitoring device is being worn by the victims abuser.

If passed, the monitoring device would be programmed to alert authorities when someone entered a restricted area.
