Wrap: Joined by the chairman of the House and Senate agriculture committees, Governor Jay Nixon signed two bills Friday afternoon that seek to help Missouri farmers.
The Missouri Dairy Revitalization Act will provide dairy farmers with a subsidy if they use the federal crop insurance program.
The other bill, that's Senate Bill 12, changes weight limits on Missouri highways for livestock farmers and directs tax revenue towards a program that advertises beef products.
