Wrap: The House voted to make Missouri the last state to impose a tax on cell phones.

Lawmakers discussed a measure Tuesday, that would let county voters approve a tax on cell phones to increase funding for 911 services.

The bill's sponsor is Jackson County's Rep. Jeanie Lauer.

The proposed funding would allow counties to make up for the decrease in revenue from landlines.
