Wrap: As states continue fighting for Boeing's business, a House committee voted to pass a tax-incentive package to attract a new airplane project to Missouri.
The incentive would give up to 1.7 billion dollars in tax breaks to the company over 23 years based on the number of jobs it creates.
Support for the bill even came from Kansas City Democratic Representative Randy Dunn.
