Actuality:  PINKEL2.WAV
Run Time:  00:05
Description: "Upon contact, deputies developed probable cause to believe that Mr. Pinkel was under the influence of alcoholic beverages." - Major Chief Deputy Tom Reddin

There was no report of the arrest until around nine o'clock Thursday morning because of what the Chief Deputy calls --- a glitch in the system.

Last season, Mizzou football players, Will Ebner and Beau Brinkley, were also arrested for DWI...and as a result they were suspended.

Statements have been released by Pinkel and Athletic Director Mike Alden.

Alden will meet with the media at 4 o'clock.
