Sloca says Nixon abused the program by using it for all the wrong reasons.

State Auditor Susan Montee held a press conference Wednesday to address the issue of the diminishing Second Injury Fund, asking for corrective action to be taken.
Republican Party Spokesman Paul Sloca criticized Montee, saying she was trying to protect Attorney General Jay Nixon for his mistakes while focusing on benefiting political allies.
Sloca says the main issue between the parties involved is a conflict of interest.
