A filibuster by Columbia Democratic Senator Chuck Graham and other senators resulted in the removal of their campus project funding.
Robb expressed great dissappointment that Graham did not realize the consequences of his actions.

ColumbianRepresentative Ed Robb announced he has a new agreement with the Governor to bring back 31.2 million dollars to the University of Missouri-Columbia for the new Ellis Fischel (FISH-L)Cancer center.

Robb attributes the loss of funds to the actions of Columbia Democratic Senator Chuck Grahahm who led a filibuster against the MOHELA plan.
Robb says his new plan to bring back the funding to MU will take effect in 2008.
Graham criticized this time limit saying Robb could get the funding back sooner if he just tried hard.

Graham says if he were in Robb's shoes he would put an amendment on the bill that adds in the cancer center and send it immediately over to the Senate.
