Hundreds rallied in the state capitol's rotunda Tuesday to protest Medcaid cuts made last year.

Representatives from all over the state gathered to protest Medicaid cuts.
Attorney General Jay Nixon says that he disagrees with steps taken by Governor Matt Blunt to preserve Missouri health care.
"From his first steps to his current budget he has cut health care from those in the greatest need and for those least able to defend themselves."
Nixon announced his candidacy for governor in 2008 last fall.
