Governor Matt Blunt is traveling the state on a two day tour to promote the new abortion bill despite an ongoing legal battle.

Governor Blunt began a ceremonial signing tour at a pregnancy center in Jefferson City just three days after a federal judge blocked the implementation of the bill.
The judge said that the bill's language was too vague and would restrict abortion counselling.

Governor Blunt says that the singing tour represents what the legislature accomplished during the special session, and he is confident that the bill will go into effect.
The judge that issued the temporary restraining order said the bill's language was too vague and would restrict abortion counselling.
