More than sixty people gathered in the Rotunda today to show their support of the second ammendment regarding gun rights.
Despite the support, Maida Coleman a Democratic Senator from St. Louis says she's still not swayed by the gathering.
"If someone decides to steal that car and unfortunately in the district that I represent car thefts are up, they're not only going to steal a car but they're going to have a gun".
The state legislature passed the conceal and carry measure last fall and now awaits judicial approval.
