A small crowd attended this year's second ammendment rally because the conceal and carry issue now rests in the hands of the State Supreme Court.
The upcoming court decision did not stop some advocates like Terry Schaafield of Missouri from expressing his support of the issue.
"We want to defend ourselves, you know those of us who are law abiding citizens fell that we should have the right to defend ourselves. We feel right now we're at the bay of the criminal who has the upper hand."
About sixty people--many supporting the issue with ribbons and buttons--showed up at the Rotunda today to express their support.
